As with all transfer requests in the MCCSC, the following requirements will apply to students attending Fairview Elementary School on an arts transfer.

Violation of any of these requirements as noted below may result in the revocation of this transfer agreement. In that event, the student must re-enroll in his/her home school or make other valid educational arrangements within three school days.
1. In order to maintain desired class sizes, the Fairview principal will confirm that there is space available in the desired grade level; and
2. If families choose to provide their own transportation, the student will arrive at school and depart from school on time each day; and
3. The student will comply with Fairview's rules and regulations regarding attendance, behavior, and curricular expectations ; and
4. Initial transfer requests must be submitted at a designated time during the spring semester. Prior to the start of the school year, consideration may be given for students who are new enrollees to MCCSC and have an interest in arts programming. A transfer request that is approved will remain in effect for one school year unless it is revoked. Parents or guardians may request a renewal of the transfer at a designated time during the spring semester for students who are completing the requirements in good standing.
