To make a comment, in addition to completing this form, you are required to check in with a school official, in-person, at the site of the Board meeting prior to the start of the meeting.

You will be called to the podium by the Board President. Please then state your name, address, and topic.
Please limit your remarks to three (3) minutes.
You will hear a bell ring once to signal that you have 30-seconds to finish your commnet to the Board.
When your 3-minutes has ended you will hear the bell ring five (5) times. This will signal your time is up and you will need to be seated as we continue with the meeting of the Board.
Comments should be of a positive and constructive nature. Please refrain from personal attacks. No applause please.
If you are a part of a concerned group, please select one person as your spokeperson.
If your point has been made (in the interest of time), please pass when called upon.
Please know, there is no commenting on personnel issues.
The President of the Board has the right to excuse a person who becomes rude or abusive.
