Does my child qualify to attend EdVenture Camp?

EdVenture Camp serves children entering grades K-8th in the fall of 2024. There are no county or address requirements to attend camp.

MCCSC EdVenture Camp is an inclusive summer camp program. In order to make camp a positive, safe, and successful experience for all campers, prior to registering, please determine whether your camper meets the following criteria:
- Camper is age appropriate. This means they are entering K-8th Grade in the Fall of 2024
- Kindergarten students must be 5 by August 1st
- Camper is able to participate in the camp program independently or with reasonable accommodations.
- Camper is willing and able to follow directions and instruction from staff.
- Camper is comfortable with, and able to safely interact in a group environment.
EdVenture Camp Session Dates:

Session 1 will begin on Monday June 3rd and end on Thursday June 13th Monday-Thursday

Session 2 will begin on Monday June 17th and end on Thursday June 27th Monday-Thursday

Session 3 will begin on Monday July 1st and end on Thursday July 18th Monday-Thursday
- No Camp on Thursday July 4th
EdVenture Camp Cost Per Session:

Cost: The cost includes a $45 non-refundable deposit PER child PER session of Camp.

There is a $35 non-refundable registration fee per family. You are not charged this fee until your enrollment is processed. It does not guarantee any particular session of camp.

EdVenture Camp is a full-time program. Fees for EdVenture Camp are billed in advance.
EdVenture Camp Program Hours/Days:

Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-3:00 pm

Optional Before Camp Care (Extended Day): 7:00 am-8:45 am

Optional After Camp Care (Extended Day): 3:00 pm-5:30 pm
EdVenture Camp Scholarship Qualifications:

A limited number of scholarships are available for qualifying campers.

Scholarships do not apply to enrollment fees, or late pick-up fees.
EdVenture Camp Attendance Policy for Scholarships:

There will be an attendance policy in effect this year at camp. For campers receiving scholarships.

In order to maintain a scholarship, camp attendnace will be monitored.

Must attend 6 camp days for each session registered. (this includes before AND/OR after camp care if they are signed up for it)

The attendance policy applies to each camp session separately.

If at any time your camper falls below 6 days of attendance via; the normal camp day, before camp care and/or after camp care. You will be charged ALL (including any prior sessions your camper attended) camp fees (including before and after camp care) and will need to pay in full in order to keep your seat.

Failure to follow the attendance policy for any session will jeopardize future scholarship opportunities.

If your camper will miss camp due to a lengthy illness a doctor's note will need to be provided.
