2025 EdVenture Camp Registration

Students entering 4-year old Pre-K through 8th Grade in the Fall of 2025. EdVenture Camp will be held at Summit Elementary School. EdVenture Camp is held Monday-Thursday, with sessions June 2nd-July 24th.
Registration is now open. Session 1 & 2 is closed. You may register for Session 3 or 4.

Does my child qualify to attend EdVenture Camp?
- EdVenture Camp serves children entering grades 4-year-old Pre-K through 8th in the fall of 2025. There are no county or address requirements to attend camp.
- MCCSC EdVenture Camp is an inclusive summer camp program. In order to make camp a positive, safe, and successful experience for all campers, prior to registering, please determine whether your camper meets the following criteria:
1. Camper is age appropriate. This means they are entering 4-year-old Pre-K-8th Grade in the Fall of 2025
  - 4-year-old Pre-K students must be 4 by August 1st, 2025
  - Kindergarten students must be 5 by August 1st, 2025
2. Camper is able to participate in the camp program independently or with reasonable accommodations.
3. Camper is willing and able to follow directions and instruction from staff.
4. Camper is comfortable with, and able to safely interact in a group environment.
EdVenture Camp Session Dates:
- Session 1 will begin on Monday June 2nd and end on Thursday June 12th Monday-Thursday
- Session 2 will begin on Monday June 16th and end on Thursday June 26th Monday-Thursday
  - No Camp on Thursday June 19th
- Session 3 will begin on Monday June 30th and end on Thursday July 10th Monday-Thursday
  - No Camp on Thursday July 3rd
- Session 4 will begin on Monday July 14th and end on Thursday July 24th
EdVenture Camp Cost Per Session:
- Session 1- $200
  - Optional Before Camp Care-$64

- EdVenture Camp is a full-time program. Fees for EdVenture Camp are billed in advance.
EdVenture Camp Program Hours/Days:
- Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-3:00 pm
  - Drop off can begin at 8:45 am
  - Pick up can begin at 3:00 pm
- Optional Before Camp Care (Extended Day): 7:00 am-8:45 am
- Optional After Camp Care (Extended Day): 3:15 pm-5:30 pm
EdVenture Camp Scholarship Qualifications:
- A limited number of scholarships are available for qualifying campers.
  - A qualifying camper:
  - Received MCCSC Free/Reduced Meals during the 2024-2025 School Year
  - Meet 4-year-old Pre-K Income Eligibility Guidelines
- Scholarships do not apply to late pick-up fees.
EdVenture Camp Attendance Policy for Scholarships:
- There will be an attendance policy in effect this year at camp for campers receiving scholarships.
- In order to maintain a scholarship, camp attendnace will be monitored.
- Must attend 6 camp days for each session registered.
- The attendance policy applies to each camp session separately.
- If at any time your camper falls below 6 days of attendance via; the normal camp day, you will be switched to the Fee Based Program and will need to pay in full in order to keep your seat.
  - If your camper will miss camp due to a lengthy illness a doctor's note will need to be provided.

I understand if someone from an Outside Agency comes to EdVenture Camp to visit my student they must be on the pick-up list. *No student will be released to anyone not on the pick-up list*
I understand that this list is not the same as Extended Day. They are not transferable.
My child will not be released to anyone who is not on the pick-up list OR who is under 18 years of age:

I understand there is an attendance policy in effect this year at camp. If my student qualifies for a scholarship, they must attend 6 days of camp for each session they are registered.
I understand that failure to comply with the attendance policy in any session will result in losing my scholarship for all of the camp sessions left. I will be switched to the Fee Based Program and will need to pay in full in order to keep my seat.

Billing Statements will be sent via email. *The email used at the beginning of the registration is the email that will be used*
Payment for the remaining fees for session one are due by Thursday, May 15th. This includes Before and/or After Care (if applicable). *If tuition is not paid by 12:00 pm (noon) on the due date listed on your bill, your student will be removed from the program and their seat will be offered to the next person on the waitlist*
